“I really enjoyed it – I learned a lot and the whole group, building and trainer had a nice feel about them.”

We offer free online introductory sessions about our trainings on Saturday 20th March 11-12 am and Friday 18 June 4-5 pm, ‘Find out about groupwork training in York’. See links below.

From 2022, we revert to offering our regular one-day workshops entitled “Everything you always wanted to know about groups…but were afraid to ask!”

"Best buffet lunch I have ever had anywhere!"

“Best buffet lunch I have ever had anywhere!”

The fee is just £45 (self-funding) or £60 (organisations), including refreshments and a good buffet lunch.

Over 90% of previous participants would recommend this course to others, and many go on to register for the 15-day Foundation year of the Diploma in Groupwork Practice.

We also offer continuing professional development opportunities from time to time.

Sign up for our newsletter (in the box top right) to get details of our next workshops and seminars as soon as they are available.

Or ask us about our in-house training provision – if you have a few staff or volunteers who are interested, we can bring our workshops to you!
